I checked every dealership in Ohio online looking for a 2014 voodoo purple iron 883. Yours was the only one that had it. My husband called and talked to Kenny. He couldn't have been nicer. We drove from Columbus to Cincinnati to get it. Everyone was very nice. Kenny took care of pretty much everything on the phone so it was pretty easy when we got there. We have bought 2 Harleys from 2 other dealerships in Columbus and were not happy with the service. We will definitely make the drive back down when we buy another. I can't remember the name of the guy that did the finance part(he's the one with the badass computer mouse) but we have NEVER had so much fun in a finance office. Our faces literally hurt when we left because he had us laughing the entire time. Just wanted to say thanks for the best buying experience.

Hands down, the best dealership experience I've ever had whether it be automobile, ATV or motorcycle. Scott aka "Big Pappa" went above and beyond to earn my business. I started my search for a 883Superlow for the wife with requests via the internet for quotes. Scott responded in a prompt manner with a competitive quote and no hassle. There was extensive contact back and forth trying to work a deal over the phone(I live 120 miles away) and at every turn Scott was pleasant, straight forward and in comparison to all other dealer experiences a breath of fresh air. The teamwork Scott coordinated between your Cincinnati and Florence dealerships was amazing. I'm not sure if the summary conveys the level of satisfaction, but there's at least four other Harley Dealerships in closer proximity and I was happy to make the trip! I may not be able to utilize your service department for routine maintenance(distance doesn't make it feasible) but your dealership will be my first stop for future purchases/upgrades.

"I had the pleasure of meeting Bruce and Greg at Octoberfest in Covington on Friday night (if I remember correctly)..talked bikes over beers, and I was drunk enough to like those two guys...so, I called Bruce on the following Monday and even sober, he still seemed pretty cool..(he remembered my girlfriend from NEW MIAMI..must have been her personality??)..Bruce sold me a bike Tuesday...done deal. "Grant Schmidt was very helpful in helping me find the right bike for me and kept me well informed about when it was arriving and when it came in helped me get it delivered to my home due to incliment weather, Lea Finkhousen was wonderful with financing and answering "all" of my questions, overall the experience at H.D. of Cinci was great. "Am very satisfied with experience so far. Rick Krummen responded via email to price inquiry in faster than normal time. Stopped by to browse and check out your bike selection. Met Mike Glardon and was impressed with young man's knowledge AND more importantly, he was not pushy. I appreciated that. It was a toss-up between an Ultra Electra Glide or Heritage Softail. After Mike spent time talking about the different bikes, he helped make up my mind. My next purchase will be the Heritage Softail, once I have the down payment saved. I was very pleased with my on-line purchase of the Alternator-Switchback Leather Jacket and picked it up at the Cincinnati store. There was no pressure to buy anything yet at the same time my salesman Allan Hayes was exceptionally helpful in answering questions and getting information I wanted on the various bikes. I purchased a 05 FLSTFI 'Fat Boy'. I didn't like the handlebars that were on it and one of the other salsman, Grant, traded me a pair off of his bike.
